Dr. Thomas McNemar

2160 W. Grant Line Road, Suite 250
Tracy CA 95377

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. McNemar came to California for a fellowship. But he and his wife enjoyed the outdoors and all California had to offer so much, they decided to stay.

He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio (now known as the University of Toledo College of Medicine) where he decided to pursue a surgical career. After completing a General Surgery residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, he continued his surgical education during a Plastic Surgery fellowship at Akron City Hospital. Realizing he possessed a natural gift for detail and perfection, he elected to round-out his formal education at the Bunke Clinic in San Francisco as an Attending Fellow, specializing in Hand and Microvascular Surgery.

Dr. McNemar is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is the author of many medical journal articles and several text book chapters, and has offered many lectures and presentations.

He and his wife Cindy are devoted to their two daughters. They enjoy outdoor leisure activities such as skiing, bicycling and watching their girls ride horses. They also enjoy the fine art and culinary opportunities Northern California offers.
